"Superior fixed my roof in 2004. I was given a 3 year warranty. In spring of 2007 we had a major leak in my daughters room. I called Mark at Superior he had a crew there that night. They determined the leak was in fact from a previous repair and perhaps aggrevated by new wear to the surrounding areas (this made complete sense as we never had that much water in Cali's room before) They fixed the previously repaired portion and the suspected newly leaking area and covered it under the warranty. I am hoping to get a few more seasons out of the repairs. Needless to say when I have to have a new roof, Superior is getting my business."
